The most common reason we see for credit card decline is a mismatch with the billing address you selected from your address book and the one on file with your bank. Sometimes you have to inform your bank before making a transaction with us. Another reason could be if your CVV is incorrect.
Please note: We can not talk to your bank on your behalf because the bank will never share your information with us.
All credit cards authorize directly from our payment gateway and we have no control over approval or decline transactions.
A workaround is to use PayPal and use your credit card there, you don't need to have a PayPal account to make payment.
