Do you use UPS for free shipping?

No, we use any shipping company depending on the cost of shipping, shipping address, and most importantly, the service level. We provide a tracking number for your shipment. 

Please note, we don't accept any request to change the shipping method unless requested to upgrade to paid shipping.
